Why we started this
Most cleaning services in Central Arkansas fall into one of two buckets. There are the national franchise chains, where the cleaner who shows up is rotated, the pricing structure is opaque, and the relationship feels transactional. And there are independent solo operators — often great people doing great work, but with limited capacity, no real backup plan, and inconsistent communication.
We started River Trail Cleaning because there's a real gap in between: a service that's genuinely local, run by people who answer your texts, but with the operational discipline of a real business — vetted cleaners, flat-rate pricing, consistent quality, and a backup plan when life happens.
What we believe
- Flat-rate pricing is the only fair way. When you pay by the hour, the cleaner makes more money by working slower. We quote a flat rate up front and the team is paid to finish the job well, not to drag it out.
- Consistency matters. We work hard to keep your assigned cleaner consistent so they learn your home, your preferences, your quirks.
- Background checks aren't optional. We background-check before someone steps foot in your home.
- If we miss something, we come back. We don't refund — we re-clean.
- Boring is the goal. Great cleaning service is invisible.
