These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of rivertrailcleaning.com and any cleaning services you book through us. By using this site or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

Cleaning services

River Trail Cleaning Company provides residential cleaning services in Greater Little Rock and Central Arkansas. Services include recurring, deep, move-in/move-out, one-time, Airbnb turnover, and post-construction cleaning. Specific scope and pricing for your visit will be communicated at the time of booking.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes provided through our website or via communication are based on the information you provide about your home. Actual pricing may be adjusted if conditions differ materially from what was described. Any price change will be communicated before work begins.

Scheduling and cancellation

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling of a confirmed visit. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Satisfaction policy

If you're not satisfied with a cleaning visit, contact us within 24 hours. We will return to re-clean the areas you're not happy with at no additional charge. We do not offer cash refunds.

Limitation of liability

We take care while cleaning your home. In the unlikely event of accidental damage, please notify us within 24 hours so we can investigate and address it. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
