Yes. Most STR turns happen in a 4-hour window between checkout and check-in. We work inside that window.
How do you handle linens? +
Three options: wash on-site using your in-unit laundry, hot-swap with fresh linens we bring (we take dirty ones with us), or hybrid (towels on-site, bedding swapped). Whichever fits your operation.
Do you send photo reports? +
Yes — 10-15 phone photos after every turn showing the made beds, set tables, restocked baths, so you know exactly what your next guest will see.
Can you sync with my booking calendar? +
