Two-pass approach
Post-construction work is dustier than people expect. We almost always do a rough clean first — heavy debris, surface dust, vacuuming, primary surfaces — and then return for a final detail pass once HVAC has cycled and any remaining dust has settled.

When should the cleaning happen relative to construction? +
We usually do two passes: a rough clean immediately after construction is finished, and a final detail pass once HVAC has cycled and remaining dust has settled (typically 24-48 hours later).
Do you remove sticker residue from windows and appliances? +
Yes. We use the appropriate solvent for each surface — different products for glass, painted metal, stainless steel, etc.
Do you work directly with builders and remodelers? +
Yes. We work with Central Arkansas builders on a recurring basis. We can quote by square foot, invoice the company directly, and coordinate access with site supers.
How much dust will there still be after you finish? +
After both passes, the home should be visually dust-free. Some fine settled dust may still show up on dark surfaces in the days after for HVAC reasons — that's the system circulating residual fines, not something we missed.
